We have been working with Ms. Matthews at Superior Tutoring and Dissection for over a year. During the first year of math tutoring my daughter went from average grades and test scores to above average grades. She is now in the 5th grade and is scoring at the 7th grade level on standardized tests. She has a new sense of self confidence when she goes to school.
We were also happy to be part of the pilot summer science camp. My daughter learned and grasped concepts and ideas and gained experience in this camp that I personally wasn't exposed to until I was in honors level science in high school.

Our children began individual and group during the academic years and over summers with Mrs. Rhondalyn at Superior Tutoring and Dissection, LLC as 6th and 4th graders and are now 9th and 7th graders. Their educational needs vary as one has a learning disability and the other is an honors student.
Rather in a group or private setting, Mrs. Rhondalyn was able to successfully provide both students with challenging and exciting approaches to learning that helped to improve or maintain their grades in major subject areas such as reading, language arts, science and math.
Our student with a learning disability did not like to read and was struggling in math with a D+ to C- average and now averages a B- to B.
Mrs. Rhondalyn is creative and understands each student learns at a different pace. She was able to teach strategies which made materials easier to understand. This resulted in her not being resistant to reading which also helped her in math and science.
Mrs. Rhondalyn was able to constantly challenge our honor student with new projects and thought provoking assignments that never allowed for boredom. Her enrollment in the program during summers helps her maintain her grade status and she prepares her for materials she encounters in her next grade level.

How do you communicate and provide lessons, etc.?Communication is through text, email, and phone call. Lessons are provided one -on - one at local libraries. Dissection lessons are provided at my home once a month.
